💡
Listen to your coach

Pay attention to the coach and follow the instructions. Every correction helps you improve faster.

💡
Don't skip steps

The basics matter. Learning the fundamentals properly will help you a lot later on, when you move to advanced techniques.

💡
Sparring is optional

You don't have to spar. You can stick to technique and drills until you feel comfortable.

💡
Be consistent

Showing up regularly is what gets results. Try to come to at least 2-3 classes a week for the best progress.
