Tips before a Muay Thai class

Stay hydrated! Drink water throughout the day. Dress comfortably! Wear the right gear for training. If you have your own gear, bring it along! Hand wraps, gloves, shin guards and a mouthguard. Eat light! Have a small meal or a snack a few hours before training. Stay positive! Come to training with an open, positive mind. Stay focused! Pay attention to your coach and be present in the moment. Show respect! Respect your coach, your training partners and the gym rules.
